Check-In / Check-Out

Standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm, while standard check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees shall apply.

Extra Person Charge

Room rates may be quoted on single / double occupancy. Charges for extra persons apply per room night at Php 2,000 net per person, with or without breakfast. Extra bed will be subject to availability.

Children Policy

Children up to 12 years old stay free of charge using existing beddings. Children up to 5 years old enjoy free breakfast, while children 6 to 12 get 50% off on regular rates. Children 12 years old and below may only use the Club Lounge from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. 13 years old and above are already considered adult.

Parking Policy

Parking is available 24 hours daily on a first come, first serve basis. Each room is entitled to one free parking slot, subject to availability. Please obtain your complimentary parking coupon at the concierge desk or reception before exiting.

Deposit Policy

A security deposit of Php 6,000 on top of your total room rate will be required of you upon check-in. This is refundable upon check-out.

No Show Policy

Non-arrival or no-show will incur charges equivalent to the total room rate.

Visitor's Policy

Visitors are welcome to be entertained at Alfred and Baked. Visitors accessing the guest rooms will be asked to fill out the visitors' form, surrender a government ID. Fees beyond visiting hours and the maximum room occupancy policy per room is strictly applied.

Dress Code Policy

We observe a smart casual dress code at Alfred and the Club Lounge. Bathrobes, sleepwear, bathroom or bedroom slippers, sportswear, swimwear, and sleeveless undershirts are not in line with the ambiance we wish to create for your experience.
