Shift Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all facility equipment are operating at design and / or peak efficiency based on accurate standard parametric settings.
- Troubleshoots and revives malfunctioning facility equipment.
- Maintains safety, security, cleanliness and orderliness in all areas of responsibility regularly.
- Acts as fire brigade team leader in case of fire or during fire drills.
- Monitor implementation of all energy conservation program and rectify all non-compliance.
- Provides supervision on all jobs related to shift operations.
- Delegates responsibilities and duties of shifting crew as timely and precisely as possible.
- To prepare monthly property status report, utility consumption report, breakdown report, incident report, completed and on-going projects, status of received work / repair orders, etc.
- Practices proper turn over specially if there are concerns that may potentially disrupt operations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Engineering Course major in Electrical or mechanical
- At least 3-years substantial supervisory experience
- With Good leadership skill and can work under pressure.
- Has an extensive knowledge of Microsoft office and AutoCAD.
Plant Technician
Responsibilities:
- Performs minor maintenance, repair as well as Monitors and logs the Chiller System, Hot Water System and the Cold-Water System.
- Monitors the Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) and ensures complete functionality.
- Maintains Generators complete functionality by conducting regular testing. Monitors and Logs Substation components.
- Ensures complete functionality of all Elevator Lifts.
- Ensures operation and complete functionality of the Seismograph and Accelerograph.
- Monitors the Sanitary System (Pumps and Pits) and ensures complete functionality.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or Certified Plant Mechanic
- 1yr. Experience with basic understanding of building equipment
- Able to act accordingly during emergency situations
- Able to work under pressure
- Pleasant and hard working
- Keen and observative
Purchasing Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with the hotel’s specific products and services, understanding their specifications and requirements
- Analyze procurement data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Proactive in process improvement, maintain awareness of industry market trends
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers.
- Perform vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs and boosting efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business course or with Engineering background
- Proficiency in Moreton Bay Procurement System
- Proven effective negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills, ensuring meticulous and well-maintained documentation for efficient record-keeping
- Effective multi-tasking abilities, allowing for the efficient management of multiple purchase orders, supplier inquiries, and various responsibilities.
