Chef De Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sous Chef in supervising Pastry Kitchen operations
  • Monitor food cost, inventory, staffing, hygiene, and sanitation
  • Ensure high standards for banquets, restaurant service, and baked goods
  • Maintain quality set by Senior Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • HACCP or Food Safety certification is an advantage

Reservations Agent


Responsibilities:

  • Provides efficient customer service and promptly responds to emails and inquiries.
  • Provides accurate information to guests regarding hotel products and services.
  • Provides support to guests who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
  • Significantly contributes in generating and protecting the hotel’s revenue.
  • Sorts out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.

Qualifications:

  • Able to communicate and listen well by phone and in-person setting.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of the Opera System with keen attention to detail.
  • With strong sales-inclination
  • With a bachelor’s degree in the field of Hospitality (Preferred but not required).
