Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recording of day-to-day transactions and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Assist the team on month-end preparation and other pertinent reports required by the company.
  • Process payment requests and verify invoices and supporting documents.
  • Record financial transactions and post approved entries in Infor SUN system.
  • Reconcile accounts with suppliers, contractors, and internal records.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and submit required government reports.
  • Coordinate with departments and perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Accounting.
  • CPA is an advantage but not required.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written).
  • With integrity and high level of dependability.
