Purchasing Assistant

  • Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with the hotel’s specific products and services, understanding their specifications and requirements
  • Analyze procurement data and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Proactive in process improvement, maintain awareness of industry market trends
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers
  • Perform vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs and boosting efficiency
  • Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Business course or with Engineering background
  • Proficiency in Moreton Bay Procurement System
  • Proven effective negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring meticulous and well-maintained documentation for efficient record-keeping
  • Effective multi-tasking abilities, allowing for the efficient management of multiple purchase orders, supplier inquiries, and various responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external customers


Occupational Health and Safety Practitioner

  • Responsibilities
  • Assists, plans, and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations including Occupational Safety and Health Standards of the Department of Labor and Employment
  • Advises management on safety compliance concerns and preventative actions
  • Conduct periodic inspection of the workplace as required
  • Plans and implements training for employees in work site safety practices
  • To develop, implement and promote workplace occupational safety and health programs in compliance with the Standards, especially in the submission of the reporting requirements
  • Maintain a reporting and records system and prepare and submit an annual medical report for the employer, using form DOLE/BWC/HSD/OH-47, as required
  • To prepare an annual report of safety and health programs of establishments.
  • Performs safety surveys and inspections, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventive measures where indicated and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
  • Qualifications
  • College Graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ proven experience as an OSH Practitioner
  • Engineering or Nursing background is an advantage
  • Undergone 80 hours DOLE Accredited Training to qualify as SO3
  • Intermediate-English communication skills, written, verbal
  • Basic-Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Front Desk Associate

  • Responsibilities
  • Responsible in welcoming guests and assisting them effectively, courteously, and professionally with all front office-related functions including check-in and check-out
  • Maintain a high standard of service while ensuring adherence to Makati Diamond Residences’ standards and policies
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
  • Collect payments and verify credit acceptance by reviewing and recording customer information and operating credit card authorization systems
  • Monitor lobby and determine customer flow
  • Well-versed with the products, services, and amenities offered by Makati Diamond Residences
  • Highlight amenities and services of the hotel to prospective guests, and utilizes all resources to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other colleagues, managers, and resources
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Tourism preferred but not required
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the same role and property rating
  • Familiarity and understanding of hospitality industry standards
  • Excellent English and Filipino communication skills (written and oral)
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills
  • Good team player and can work well even with minimal supervision
  • Fast-learner and flexible
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge in OPERA and/or similar hotel system
