Account Manager/ Executive- Room Sales
Acquires and manages corporate accounts, and delivers individual revenue targets by executing specific sales and marketing responsibilities.
Corrects, processes and reconciles a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices, departmental billings, employee reimbursements, cash receipts, vendor statements, and journal vouchers. Reviews and encodes financial information. Prepares and processes documents to disburse funds. Compiles and reviews information for accuracy and maintains records.
Handles the inventory records of all hotel assets, equipment, furniture & fixture, tagging system, and conduct regular physical inventory of which as scheduled. The Property Custodian likewise monitors movements, and transfers of said items, initiates reorder of the same if necessary, and others as may be assigned.
Responsible for overseeing the operations of an assigned shift in the kitchen. The Kitchen Supervisor is involved in food preparation, controlling food cost, monitoring equipment and supplies, and menu design and planning, among others.
